OTB resend – refund policy

OTB is always willing to refund 100% of the base cost or resend the item if there is an error which is OTB's responsibility. Please note that OTB only agrees to receive a refund/ resend request of the customer within 14 days from the date the order reaches the customer.

OTB will refund your account within 1-3 days from when we approve your refund request.
